Prices shown on the website are subject to change. The applicable total payable amount and any applicable charges will be shown during checkout. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee availability until the order is accepted/confirmed.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to verify order details, payment, availability or pickup arrangements. An order may be cancelled where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or there is suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For UPI orders, customers must provide the transaction/reference number when requested. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP or banking password with Vasai Bike Parts.

6. Pickup / Delivery

The current checkout flow uses selected pickup/delivery points and does not promise home delivery. Customers should review the selected point and its address before placing an order. Delivery/pickup timelines may depend on stock and the selected point.

7. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. User Conduct

You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, avoid fraudulent transactions and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the website or admin systems.
