Shipping & Delivery Policy

Current fulfilment model: Orders are currently collected from the selected delivery/pickup point shown during checkout. Home delivery is not currently promised by the checkout flow.

1. Delivery / Pickup Points

Available points are displayed at checkout. Customers should select the appropriate point and review its address before placing the order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after order details and payment method are verified and product availability is confirmed. Processing time can vary by product and stock.

3. Delays

Delays can occur because of stock availability, payment verification, transport disruption, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate material order-status changes where reasonably possible.

4. Incorrect Information

Please provide accurate contact details and select the correct pickup point. We are not responsible for avoidable delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

5. Charges

Any delivery, shipping or other compulsory charges applicable to an order should be shown before order completion. If no separate shipping charge is shown, the customer should not assume that an additional charge is due without confirmation.
